Kaien's in Galveston

Long time no speak, still figuring out how to structure and organise that blog. gotta lots of ideas, cannot put them next to each other and build something concise. I plan on bringing some music into it but haven't figure out how. Anyway, will see. Until then I will continue as I have done, just talked about rides I have taken. So here it is, I went to the Lone Star Rally last friday. This mark the 1st year anniversary of my return to the land of free and the home of the brave. So, I treated myself to a nice little present.
Well, it was same shit different year. I really need to get myself a place there so I can get shit face and not have to ride drunk. I will do that next year.
Otherwise, there wasn't anything this year than last year. Still millions of Twinkies, thousands of outlaws wanna be but only few real, some insanities
some baggers that carry more watts than a bloody night club
And very, but I mean very, FEW bikes that are worth to spend time on. Such as this one
all right, gotta go now. back later with new adventures.

Awright lads, There is gotta be a day to start writing so why not today. So, who the f… are the Kaien’s Disciples and why were they created. The answer is very simple. Cause they could not find what they were looking for….
Before I start, and for those of you who don’t know who Kaien is, here is some theology history. In the ancient time God had 2 sons: Kaien and Abel. They were both married to their twin sister (that’s why we are all fuck up today), Kaien’s wife was an awesome looking bird, with big boobs tight ass, and was a queen in the sack. Abel’s sister was fat and ugly and hated sex…. God asked them to do a bit of swinging to show their love to him. Kaien said fuck this, I ain’t trading. God try to force it upon him, so he bluntly killed Abel. There you go, you got your first rebel in history… Exist rather than live, Yell rather than speak, Dare rather than obey.
Anyway, back to why we are here in the first place. This whole Kaien’s disciples shit started few years back in a tiny apartment. I was hanging out in France at that time and I caught up with an old friend of mine who was the janitor of an elementary school. I saw a weirdly formatted magazine on his coffee table. I think it was issue 1, 2 or 3 of Dice. I was like… shit that thing is good !!!!! not much writing and lots of good pics. Went on the net and ordered it immy. I think the first issue that reached my house was #5 or 6, don’t remember really. What was kool was there was all kind of bikes, some HD, some japs, some European. They all had vintage look and had all been personalized.
Well, that’s the f.. point of the mag you gonna said, but there wasn’t anything like that back then. There was no segregation and a clear search for the art of building motorcycle. I love the last page of the mag where some psycho was sharing his life experience on bikes, sex and drug advises. I was simply brilliant. I said to myself, would be kool to hang out with dudes like them….The underground builder biker scene in France was nearly none existant in France back then. There was yr usual outlaw, the hog, some English clubs, some Beamer club, some other vintage restoration club, but nothing really out of the ordinary. Nothing with an attitude. So I gave it a rest for a while and continue building bikes on my own. I even stopped my subscription to Dice after a while.
Up till I sold one of my bike to the editor of a motorcycle mag who told me, the guy from Dice were organizing a party in Yokohama, for the moon eye. Fuck it, let’s go. But after some weird experiences in an area called Rupongy (some people who have been to Tokyo will know what I am talking about) I ended up in Tokyo and never made to Yokohama…. Some days may be.
I forgot about it till few month later. I was still hanging out, searching for a lost female soul (whom I never found) in Vancouver BC Canada when I walked into a skate board shop and find another mag called Sideburned which has same format and also some kool stuff in it. I did not feel so lonely anymore, they was more of us….
Around that time, I was spending lots of time in Scandinavia. I was heavily involved into Frisco Style choppers. They got 3 things in that part of the world, high taxes, beautiful girls, and long fork choppers. The biker scene was extreme and everything revolved around 2 themes: Rigid frame and long fork. Shit this is dragging now and I am getting bored to telling my life story so to make it short. This is what happen at the end. I decided to create the Kaien’s disciples for people that share the same passion as me for building motorcycles and raising this form of expression to art. However, most importantly, it is riding what you have built that is important. We don’t give a f… what you built as long as it looks good and you can ride the shit out of it.
To be a bit organized, I created a few rules such as building your own bike, completing a 2 weeks run on the bikes that you have built and be unanimously voted in by all members. As of now, there is no other member than myself. I don’t think there will ever be. But who gives a fuck anyway. Chop for Art, Build to Ride. D. Asoratnof.
